User IDs
Discord User IDs are stored to associate configuration, warnings, and moderation actions with individual accounts.
Guild IDs
Server (Guild) IDs are stored to maintain per-server configuration and settings.
Channel IDs
Channel IDs are stored for logging, configuration, and command routing purposes.
Role IDs
Role IDs are processed for permission management and automated role assignment features.
Configuration Data
Server preferences, prefix settings, and feature toggles are stored to preserve your customizations.
Moderation Logs
Warnings, kicks, bans, and timeouts are recorded with timestamps for accountability and review.
Data We Process
Beyond stored data, the bot temporarily processes command inputs, message content for prefix detection, and interaction payloads to execute your requested features. This ephemeral data is not persisted beyond the execution lifecycle unless explicitly required for logging.

LOVE OF ART BOT is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
